چکیده
Introduction: In youth soccer, for examining injury prevention and exercise performance, most of the interventional studies concerning corrective postural asymmetries have applied general intervention programs, ignoring specific individual needs each player separately. The aim, therefore, present study was to examine effect 8 weeks an individualized program on musculoskeletal in young soccer players. Materials Methods: Eighty male players (age: 14.4 ± 1.2 years; body height: 166.3 9.6 cm; mass: 59.1 11.5 kg) participated current laboratory-based study. A battery asymmetry evaluations were initially performed. After completion initial assessment, provided with which lasted 8-weeks, aim restoring muscular asymmetries. Following application program, a re-evaluation their Results: There significant improvement primary angle trunk rotation (r = −0.56, p < 0.001), hamstring flexibility (right: r −0.55, 0.001; left: −0.48, hip external −0.46, −0.26, 0.020), internal 0.021; −0.35, 0.002), opened-eyes Stork Test −0.33, 0.003: 0.003), closed-eyes −0.39, −0.43, Thomas test [right: (χ2(3) 52.281, 0.001, γ^ −0.751; 45.832, −0.696)] ankle prone passive dorsiflexion (flexed knees) (χ2(2) 13.019, 0.005, V 0.285).
